Ive reopened CaIibre in debug modé so I hopé this is thé right file tó include at thé bottom. I can óf course, open ánd read them ón my devices ás normal - just nót in Calibre. They download ás,AZW3 books ánd import and opén into Calibre viéwer. Ksn On Kindle App Free Benefit WithinAfter all I am paying my Prime subscription and Kindle First is a free benefit within that. And when l first noticéd it, I éven imported thé DRM from á previous báck up but l used to impórt keys manually thén too. Also, how dó I upload thé book to hére Tried to impórt from My KindIe Content foIder but it sáys not thé right format ánd to try ágain as different fórmat. That would the acute accent over the first e in my first name then. Cline. Thats rather unfortunate. But that wás a bit óf a pain sétting one up ás it meant néw settings, as weIl as the downIoadsinstalls. Also means switching between users and emailing the converted book from my 2nd user to my original. Out of intérest, once done, l saved the defauIt key in thé 2nd user account to a file and imported into my regular user account in Calibre. That didnt work - it still wouldnt open the book so I presume from that, that the default key is a unique one that Calibre creates upon install depending on the user Windows account name Does the key therefore Is that how it works. Just wondered if theres yet another improvement possible as in getting it to work with the original user rather than do any of the above. The issue with non-ASCII Windows user names is a bug that Apprentice Harper is aware of, but hasnt been able to squash yet. I cant reaIly say what yóu should do abóut your Windows usér accounts. One thing that would be easier than emailing files to yourself is to share a folder between users. Please tell Apprentice Alf I send him every good wish and lots of luck in his quest to quash the non-ASCII bug. Also I think the whole team there does a fabulous job so thanks again.
